Interview Formats for PR Agencies

FinTech Profile publishes Q&A interviews with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders across the FinTech ecosystem. Since 2015, we've published over 500 interviews — and we're always looking for strong voices to feature.

If you represent a client in financial technology, digital banking, payments, lending, RegTech, or related fields, here's how we can work together.

How It Works

All our interviews follow the same straightforward process:

  1. You pitch your client (or we reach out to you)
  2. We send a set of questions by email, tailored to the interview format
  3. Your client responds in their own words
  4. We publish the Q&A on FinTech Profile with full attribution, links, and headshot

There's no cost to be featured. We're editorially independent - we choose who we interview based on relevance and quality. You are welcome to buy me a coffee by way of thanks.

What Makes a Good Pitch

We're selective. Here's what we look for:

  • Relevance — your client works in FinTech, digital banking, payments, or a closely related field
  • Seniority — CEO, founder, CTO, or equivalent. We occasionally feature VPs and directors if the story is strong
  • Something to say — we want people with genuine insight, not corporate talking points
  • A real company — with traction, funding, or a track record. Early-stage is fine if the founder has substance

We'll pass on pitches that are thinly veiled product promotions, don't fit our audience, or where the proposed interviewee doesn't have enough depth for a compelling Q&A.
